MOVE-IN & MOVE-OUT CLEANINGS
With our move-in/move-out cleanings, you can expect a reliable and efficient experience. We understand that the moving process can be quite stressful, but we are here to help with the cleaning aspect! Cleaning services may be customized to meet your needs, but will require a consultation. Overall, most cleanings done will follow a similar guideline which is further outlined on this page.
INCLUDED IN THIS SERVICE IS:
- a thorough vacuuming and mopping of all floors (*basement may be charged extra depending
on the scope of work)
- dusting of baseboards and interior window ledges
- a cleaning of all bathrooms and kitchens
- a dusting and wiping of all accessible surfaces in the home (we ask that areas with a high
number of items be cleared if possible prior to our arrival)
- garbage removal to appropriate bins
- interior drawer and cabinet cleaning
- interior fridge cleaning
- cleaning of installed shelves
- cleaning of closets
- cleaning of light fixtures

*Please note that a cleaning of the kitchen generally entails: exterior cleaning of appliances, a
cleaning of all kitchen surfaces, and the sink
